You do not require any mediator for doing prayers on your behalf as the Holy Spirit will teach you how to pray when you follow the Gospel of Christ.
An important step is to keep Jesus commandments and do what is pleasing to Him so that whatever we ask we will receive from Him ( John 15:7, 1 John 3:22)
